How to request a refund

Email support@tryreself.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may add a few more days.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email support@tryreself.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Changes and cancellations

Orders move to fulfillment quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible and we will try to catch it before it ships. Once shipped, the 90-day guarantee above applies.

This guarantee applies to purchases made on tryreself.com. Reself reserves the right to decline refunds in cases of evident abuse of this policy.
