Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, and shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking your order

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or email support@tryreself.com.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can occasionally affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, contact us and we will track it down or make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, but if it is returned to us we will reship it to a corrected address at no extra cost.
